Age: 18-20 game timeframe, 15-16 during the anime
Affiliation: Formerly Minato Tribe, presently Trash Tribe
Family: Otori Ohjiro (foster brother), Otori Tenshin ("technically" foster father, though that's a stretch)
Abilities:
Calculated, charismatic, and in possession of an incredibly sharp tongue that's prone to snide remarks towards those he feels are deserving of his disdain; Kazuki has a tendency to wear an affable smile on his face even while making an incredibly rude comment in the nicest way possible. Though he's capable of keeping his composure under pressure, it does not lessen the rage that can be elicited when those in his care are harmed.
He often gives off an air of knowing far more than he lets on, though he'll very casually dodge or change the subject if confronted about potentially withholding information.

- Analytical Ability - Kazuki's intellect and analytical skills make him a force to be reckoned with in regards to strategy, and when paired with his overwhelming charisma: He has few who can rival him on this end of the spectrum.
- High reflexes & acrobatics - Demonstrated in-game and in the anime even with a broken arm: Kazuki is as quick on his feet as he is in thinking on the fly, and can easily perform feats that would not be seen in the average person.
- High stamina - In order to perform said feats, Kazuki naturally has the matching stamina to maintain these movements with ease.
